Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Kampsmart product and we stand behind every product we ship.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders: If your chair arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out immediately. Just send us a photo and your order details.
Change of mind: Because our chairs are a premium outdoor product that cannot be resold once opened and assembled, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and FAQs before purchasing and if you have any questions, reach us at admin@kampsmart.co before you buy. We're happy to help you decide if it's the right fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We pack every order carefully, but if your chair arrives damaged, defective, or if we've somehow sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. Send us a photo and your order details and we'll sort it out quickly.
What Can't Be Returned
Because KAMPSMART chairs are a premium outdoor product, we're unable to accept returns on:
- Chairs that have been assembled or used
- Items not in their original packaging or condition
- Sale items or gift cards
If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just reach out. We'd rather have the conversation than leave you stuck.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned chair, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to show it in your account.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, contact us at admin@kampsmart.co and we'll investigate immediately.
