Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you've changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your chair to request a return.

To be eligible, your chair must be in the same condition it arrived — unused, unassembled, with all original packaging and tags intact. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at admin@kampsmart.co before sending anything back. We'll assess your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send it.

Please do not send your chair back without contacting us first — items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We pack every order carefully, but if your chair arrives damaged, defective, or if we've somehow sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. Send us a photo and your order details and we'll sort it out quickly.

What Can't Be Returned

Because KAMPSMART chairs are a premium outdoor product, we're unable to accept returns on:

  • Chairs that have been assembled or used
  • Items not in their original packaging or condition
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just reach out. We'd rather have the conversation than leave you stuck.

Exchanges

Have an issue with your order? The fastest way to get this resolved is to contact us at admin@kampsmart.co first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately and we'll get your replacement out as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned chair, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to show it in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, contact us at admin@kampsmart.co and we'll investigate immediately.
