KAMPSMART Shipping Policy

KAMPSMART ships Australia-wide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If you order during a high-volume period — processing may take a little longer. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.

Standard Shipping: $35

Express Shipping: $45

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Standard Shipping

Perth metro: 2–4 business days

Sydney / Melbourne / Adelaide: 5–8 business days

Brisbane: 6–8 business days

Regional areas: 7–14 business days

Remote areas: allow additional time — delivery may take longer depending on your location and carrier availability

Express Shipping

Metro areas Australia-wide: 1–3 business days

Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Remote areas: Express services may not be available to all remote locations. If express cannot be fulfilled to your address, we'll contact you promptly and arrange standard shipping with a refund of the difference.

These are estimates only. Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, particularly during peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at admin@kampsmart.co and we'll chase it down for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your delivery directly with the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, reach out at admin@kampsmart.co and we'll look into it.

Damaged in Transit

If your chair arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage before opening fully, and contact us at admin@kampsmart.co immediately. Do not discard the original packaging — we'll need it to process a claim with the carrier.

Can't Find Your Order?

If your tracking shows delivered but your chair hasn't arrived, first check with anyone else at the property and any safe drop locations. If it's genuinely missing, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date at admin@kampsmart.co and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

KAMPSMART is an Australian brand shipping from within Australia. All orders are subject to carrier availability and conditions at time of dispatch.
